Reservations
For party sizes of 20 or smaller, please purchase your tickets and book your reservation online. For parties sizes larger than 20 please call us directly at 512-477-5274. If you do not wish to pay online, please contact the Visitor Center (512-478-0098) about booking a reservation and paying when you arrive. Reservations not canceled with 24 hour notice are subject to a $10 cancellation fee. Tours start at the Austin Visitor Center located at 209 East 6th Street, Austin, TX 78701. You should arrive 30 minutes before your tour begins. Reservations not claimed 15 minutes before departure are subject to be resold. Please note that tours may be subject to cancellation if less than 10 people are booked and also for weather concerns.
